• transfer the funds directly to your bank account
• guarantee the payment of your rents via our unpaid rent insurance
• management of non-occupant owner insurance contracts
• table to help you declare your property income.
• follow up on litigation and technical problems
• take out an "unpaid rent" insurance policy at the owner's request, covering the rent,
• expenses as well as litigation costs
• to establish the estimates of repairs and maintenance. For this, we are surrounded by
• reliable suppliers (plumber, heating engineer, electrician, painter, carpenter, gardener...)
• to control the good execution of the works or services
• pay suppliers for your expenses
